This is tradition with a twist; classically neat. The shirt under the round neck jumper, the bookish shoes, the corduroy trousers, all say old-school teacher but it's cool. Simon has rolled the thick corduroy revealing the shoes  and by flicking the collar on the jacket up he has made it younger and trendier.
